Before your appointment

Prepare an anonymised summary of the records and evidence you have collected, along with your main questions. Do not send patient-identifiable information.

What is not included

This is not a detailed review of every document, a reflective discussion, completion of official forms, revalidation confirmation or a guarantee of eligibility or NMC approval.
