1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By purchasing or using our NMC revalidation services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. ABOUT OUR SERVICES
Reflect & Revalidate provides professional NMC revalidation confirmation services including:
- Expert NMC Revalidation Confirmer Service (£45)
- Complete NMC Revalidation Service (£99)
- Portfolio review and professional feedback
- Video consultations and career development guidance
3. ELIGIBILITY
Our services are available to:
- UK-registered nurses, midwives, and nursing associates
- Healthcare professionals with current or lapsed NMC registration
- Professionals working anywhere in the world
- Individuals aged 18 or over
4. SERVICE DELIVERY
Confirmer Service (£45):
- 48-hour processing guarantee
- Document review and signed confirmation
- Secure email submission process
Complete Service (£99):
- 2-3 day processing time
- Comprehensive portfolio review
- Video consultation (up to 60 minutes)
- Detailed feedback and improvement suggestions
- Signed confirmation
Service Limitations:
- We provide confirmation services only - we do not guarantee NMC acceptance
- Video consultations are advisory and do not constitute formal supervision
- We cannot provide retroactive confirmations for past revalidation periods
5. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You must:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Submit documents in the required format (PDF preferred)
- Ensure you have the right to share all submitted documents
- Maintain professional standards throughout the process
- Respond to requests for clarification within 48 hours
- Meet your own NMC revalidation deadlines

7. PAYMENT TERMS

- All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) including VAT where applicable

- No refunds after confirmation has been provided (see guarantee terms)
8. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
100% Money-Back Guarantee:
- Available within 7 days of service completion
- Applies if you are not satisfied with service quality
- Does not apply to NMC decisions or external factors
- Refund requests must include specific reasons for dissatisfaction
Guarantee Process:
- Contact us within 7 days with your concerns
- We'll attempt to resolve the issue first
- If unresolved, full refund will be processed within 5 business days
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

10. DATA PROTECTION
- We process your data according to our Privacy Policy
- Professional documents are retained for 7 years (regulatory requirement)

- Video recordings are deleted within 30 days unless requested otherwise
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our Liability is Limited to:
- The amount you paid for the specific service
- Direct damages only (no consequential or indirect damages)
- Service quality issues within our control
We Are Not Liable For:
- NMC decisions or registration outcomes
- Delays caused by incomplete submissions
- Technical issues beyond our control
- Professional consequences of your revalidation status
12. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters or emergencies
- Government actions or regulatory changes
- Technical failures or cyber attacks
- NMC system outages or policy changes
13. CANCELLATION POLICY
Before Service Delivery:
- Full refund available up to 24 hours after purchase
- Partial refund (50%) available if work has commenced
After Service Delivery:
- No cancellation possible once confirmation is provided
- Satisfaction guarantee applies instead
14. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate the relationship if:
- False or misleading information is provided
- Unprofessional conduct occurs during consultations
- Requests are made that compromise professional standards
- Payment disputes or fraudulent activity is suspected
15. CHANGES TO SERVICES
We may:
- Update service features or pricing with 30 days' notice
- Modify these terms with notification to existing customers
- Discontinue services with reasonable notice
16. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
